Breech presentation, placenta previa, sciatica, high blood pressure and anxiety are just a few issues that can be alleviated using your own body’s energy! Birth and Labor not included in this price, but this service is included as an optional part of labor and postpartum support packages.

Four 6hr shifts of overnight post partum care included. Meal prepping, lactation support, newborn care support, and general personal care (yoni steam, belly binding, etc). Additional hours may be purchased at $30/hr. Covid protocols and PPE worn at all times. Can purchase more than one session.

2hr session via Google meet or virtual meeting medium of your choice. We will go over every possible scenario and review your options. Think of these as your birth preferences rather than a plan, as we know birth is unpredictable! You will receive a copy of the final plan to distribute as you see fit. All evidence based suggestions .
