Inner Doula support (non-birth)

• Three 50min sessions of Reiki healing for pregnancy related concerns. Breech presentation, placenta previa, sciatica, high blood pressure and anxiety are just a few issues that can be alleviated using your own body’s energy! Birth and Labor not included in this price, but this service is included as an optional part of labor and postpartum support packages.

• Postpartum in-home visit w/in 2 weeks after the birth (optional)

• Lactation Support (within scope of practice)

• Pathways of preparation for your postpartum period
