Four 6hr shifts of overnight post partum care included. Meal prepping, lactation support, newborn care support, and general personal care (yoni steam, belly binding, etc). Additional hours may be purchased at $30/hr. Covid protocols and PPE worn at all times. Can purchase more than one session.

2hr session via Google meet or virtual meeting medium of your choice. We will go over every possible scenario and review your options. Think of these as your birth preferences rather than a plan, as we know birth is unpredictable! You will receive a copy of the final plan to distribute as you see fit. All evidence based suggestions .

WHO: Anyone who is pregnant, may become pregnant, or is supporting a person who is giving birth in a US hospital. Birth doulas are strongly encouraged to take this course!

WHAT: a two hour course covering reasons for induction and methods used to induce or augment labor in a hospital setting

WHY: Current mortality and c section rates in the USA are at crisis levels and it’s mostly PREVENTABLE!
